Aurela Aesthetics, a concierge mobile med spa, provides in-home Botox, VI Peels, microneedling, Korean facials and cryotherapy treatments throughout San Clemente. Known for its Spanish Village style, surf culture and laid-back beach rhythm, San Clemente is a place where people would rather spend a free morning in the water than in a clinic. Mobile appointments let residents keep that easygoing pace while still caring for their skin.
All treatments are performed by Courtney Rotz, FNP-BC, AGACNP-BC, Aurela’s founder and a double board-certified nurse practitioner. She has 23 years in nursing, from the Pediatric ICU at Johns Hopkins to interventional and outpatient cardiology and vein care. Each appointment includes a consultation and good-faith exam, and she works only with medical-grade products. Results vary, and she is upfront about what a treatment can and cannot achieve.
In San Clemente, Courtney regularly visits homes in Talega, Forster Ranch and Rancho San Clemente, as well as beach-close streets around the Pier Bowl and Avenida Del Mar. Groups of friends sometimes book a Saturday party at home. No. San Clemente is in Orange County, and all Orange County appointments are served without a travel fee. If your appointment is south of the county line in San Diego County, a $100 travel surcharge applies. The same $100 surcharge applies to Los Angeles County. Confirm your address when booking and Courtney will let you know.
Botox is $16 per unit, and dosing is tailored to your face after a consultation and good-faith exam. Your total depends on the treatment areas and the units needed. For clients wanting a brighter complexion at the same time, the Tox Booster pairs Botox with a VI Peel for your Botox total plus $200.
After Botox, Courtney generally recommends avoiding strenuous exercise and pressing on treated areas for a short period, so plan your surf session for another day. After a VI Peel, avoid direct sun and saltwater exposure while your skin is peeling, which usually lasts several days. Follow the aftercare instructions she provides for your treatment.
Yes. Parties need at least six guests and a $100 deposit to reserve the date. They are a great fit for birthdays, girls’ nights, bachelorettes and holiday gatherings anywhere in San Clemente. Each guest receives a private consultation with Courtney before treatment, and you simply provide a comfortable, well-lit space.
Courtney is available Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 5 to 8 PM, and Wednesday and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
