Every visit is performed by founder Courtney Rotz, FNP-BC, AGACNP-BC, a double board-certified nurse practitioner with 23 years in nursing that began in the Pediatric ICU at Johns Hopkins and continued through interventional and outpatient cardiology. She opens each appointment with a good-faith exam, reviews your health history and goals, and only then recommends a plan using medical-grade products. Results vary from person to person, and candidacy is always decided at that consultation.
Most Ladera Ranch appointments happen at home in villages like Covenant Hills, Terramor and Oak Knoll, often on a weeknight once the kids are settled or on a Saturday morning. Some clients book from a home office between calls instead. Because Ladera is where Aurela is rooted, there is never a travel fee, and pulling together a few neighbors for a group visit or a small birthday gathering is simple to arrange.

Courtney comes to your home, home office or a gathering spot you choose, and the price you see for each service is the price you pay. A $100 travel surcharge applies only to appointments in Los Angeles County or San Diego County, which never affects Ladera Ranch clients.
Botox with Aurela is $16 per unit. The number of units depends on the areas treated and the strength of your facial muscles, so Courtney customizes the dose after a consultation and good-faith exam rather than quoting a flat package. If you would like a VI Peel in the same visit, the Tox Booster adds $200 to your Botox total. Results vary by person.
