A mobile med spa brings aesthetic treatments to you. Aurela Aesthetics performs Botox, peels, microneedling and cryotherapy at your home, office or hotel anywhere in Orange County, with the same medical-grade products and protocols you’d expect in a clinic.
Every treatment is performed by founder Courtney Rotz, FNP-BC, AGACNP-BC, a double board-certified nurse practitioner with 23 years of nursing experience including the Pediatric ICU at Johns Hopkins and cardiology.
Botox is $16 per unit, with dosing customized at your consultation. Memberships starting at $99 per month include or discount Botox.
No travel fee anywhere in Orange County. Appointments in Los Angeles County or San Diego County include a $100 travel surcharge.
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 5 to 8 PM; Wednesday 9 AM to 5 PM; Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM. Please confirm location and availability before booking.

A clean, well-lit space with a table and a chair is all that’s needed. Courtney brings everything else, including supplies and aftercare instructions.
Yes. Botox parties have a six-guest minimum and a $100 deposit to reserve your date. Each guest receives her own consultation and treatment.
The Tox Booster adds a VI Peel to your Botox appointment for $200, treating expression lines and skin tone and texture in one visit.
No. Frotox is a needle-free cryotherapy facial that smooths and refreshes the skin. It does not relax muscles like Botox, and its results are gentler and temporary.
Yes: The Radiance ($99/mo), The Luminous ($199/mo) and The Aurela Elite ($349/mo), each with included treatments, member pricing and priority scheduling.
Results vary from person to person. Courtney will discuss realistic expectations at your consultation and recommend only treatments appropriate for you.
