Every treatment is performed by Courtney Rotz, FNP-BC, AGACNP-BC, Aurela’s founder and a double board-certified nurse practitioner. Her 23 years in nursing span the Pediatric ICU at Johns Hopkins, interventional and outpatient cardiology, and vein treatments including laser and sclerotherapy. She begins with a thorough consultation and good-faith exam and uses medical-grade products. Results vary, and her style leans refined and natural rather than dramatic.
Newport Beach visits take Courtney to homes in Corona del Mar, Newport Coast, Balboa Island and Lido Isle, and to offices near Fashion Island. Guests at local resorts can also book in-suite appointments where the property permits. Many clients schedule a refresh ahead of a gala, holiday party or vacation. Yes. In-suite appointments are available at Newport Beach hotels and resorts, provided the room offers a clean, well-lit area and the property permits in-room services. Let Aurela know where you are staying when you book, and Courtney will confirm the details. Both solo appointments and small group sessions are possible.
Botox is $16 per unit, with no travel fee anywhere in Orange County. Your total depends on which areas are treated and how many units your muscles need, which Courtney determines after a consultation and good-faith exam. Pairing it with a VI Peel as a Tox Booster adds $200 to your Botox total.
Aurela offers The Radiance at $99 a month, The Luminous at $199 a month and The Aurela Elite at $349 a month. The best fit depends on which treatments you want and how often. Courtney can walk you through the options during your consultation so you choose a plan that matches your goals without overcommitting.
No. Newport Beach is within Orange County, and all Orange County cities are served with no travel fee. The one exception is a $100 travel surcharge for addresses in Los Angeles County or San Diego County. Whether you are in Corona del Mar or on Balboa Island, menu prices apply. Resort and office visits follow the same menu pricing.
Botox results typically appear gradually over several days and continue to settle after that, and minor bruising is possible. For that reason, it is wise to book well before a gala, wedding or photo shoot rather than the day before. Courtney will suggest timing based on your treatment and event, and results vary by person.
